Oberperfuss im Winter

Also in winter Oberperfuss and its surroundings offer many possibilities for guests who want relax or do sports. A walk through the snow-covered scenery is part of the unique flair of the village just as well as a romantic lantern walk at night.

The ski lifts are only a 10-minute-walk from the hotel: a double chair-lift and 4 T-bars take the skiers and the snowboarders up to the Rangger Köpfl on an altitude of 2,000m. Only recently high-tech snow-making facilities have been installed, so winter fun is possible from the beginning of December to the end of March. Twice a week you can go skiing or toboganning at night from 7,00 p.m. to 10,00 p.m. on a flood-lit piste.

Other skiing areas near Oberperfuss: the Olympic skiing area Axamer Lizum, Seefeld or Kühtai.

For those who like toboganning Oberperfuss offers an 11-km-long tobogan run - one of the longest in Tyrol . The run is flood-lit at night twice a week.

Friends of cross-country-skiing can enjoy the proximity of the Olympic trails in Seefeld or the trails in Leutasch. Not so well-known but also recommendable are the trails in Lüsens (25 minutes by car).
