In summer you can enjoy numerous sunny days thanks to the favorable geographic location of Oberperfuss. In the mountains surrounding the village hikers and mountain bikers can find innumerable tracks in various degrees of difficulty. The tennis courts are not far from the hotel either.

In winter too, Oberperfuss and its surroundings offer many possibilities for guests who want to do sports as well as for those who prefer to relax. A walk through the snow-covered scenery is a unique experience in Oberperfuss  as is a romantic lantern walk at night.

The ski lifts are only a 10-minute-walk from the hotel: an 8 passenger gondola lift and four T-bars take skiers and snowboarders up to the Rangger Köpfl at an altitude of 2,000 m. Thanks to high tech snow making facilities winter fun is guaranteed from the beginning of December to the end of March. Twice a week you can go skiing from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on flood lit slopes. Other skiing areas nearby are: the Olympic skiing resort Axamer Lizum, Seefeld or Kühtai. For fans of tobogganing, Oberperfuss offers an 11-km-long toboggan run ‒ one of the longest in Tyrol. The run is flood-lit at night twice a week.

Friends of cross-country-skiing can take advantage of the the proximity of the Olympic trails in Seefeld or the trails in Leutasch. The not so well known trails in Lüsens are just a 25 minutes’ drive away and are a real insiders’ tip.
